What's the best way out there to farm those coins?

Used my Mercedes who is lvl 101 with a pet, and went to the Yeti Machines in Kerning Square.
I don't know the exact time it took to get 1000 leaves, but it was pretty quick. Probably within half an hour.
I also farmed tons of the boxes when 3x was still on. I have my full set now, and some coins left over.
There's three ways:
The super lazy way - Just AFK and grow trees.
The less lazy way - Grow trees and pick up boxes from mobs.
The normal way - Grow trees, pick up boxes and trade in leaves.
Grow a tree or three.
Screw the leaves. Just pick up the boxes.
