Any computer help?

Alright, so i'm browsing the internet, then my computer crashes. I'm like alright, I'll turn it back on. I turn it on and get the blue screen followed by "STOP:
0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x86FCE488, 0xc0000102, 0x00000000)

Any help or advice?

DON'T do a System Restore. That's not a "silver bullet, fix anything" answer for every problem and won't do anything to help with this problem.
(In fact, you probably can't even get to the System Restore area with this error coming up anyway.)

The STOP code indicates your "NTFS file system" is corrupted. That means Windows can't boot from your hard drive, so the computer just halts at the blue screen.
This can be caused by a number of things, from a completely dead hard drive to a corrupted "boot file" on the hard drive. It's sometimes caused by not shutting the computer down properly, or having the power killed while you're using the computer.

You -might- be able to fix the problem, if you're familiar with working with this kind of thing, AND have either a Windows disc or a factory restore partition on the hard drive. What kind of computer is it..? Brand name and model number..?
