Investments gone bad?
Anyone else invested in things that you thought might become worth more in the future?
For example:
I invested millions of mesos into Ilbis when they were worth 11mil.
I also racked up like 30 pieces of time when they were worth like 8 mil.
Now the latter is worth like, 1m.

See, I can't do that.
Invest in items that aren't easy to get. Ilbis never run out like scrolls do, and no one dares NPC them, which means its price won't go anywhere but down. PoT's prices were going to go down once higher-level equipment came out. It's all about thinking ahead.

Bought 2 ws for 30m each as a lulz.
Next patch, inflated to 100m+
I didnt know about how to exactly use a ws, so I went and scrolled a claw with the 20% scrolls that you can get from anniv boxes.
accidently pressed enter, waste of one ws.
I stocked up on MMBs ( like 200 of them )
Then i heard they got duped....
opened majority of it.

You can't invest in maplestory as things usually become obsolete.
That's the downside of "investing".
You can lose your shirt in a downturn of the marketplace.
It's what all the "fine print" in the investment ads on TV say: "The results in this advertisement are not typical, you can lose your shirt investing in this stuff and probably will."
That's why I only buy what I need for my character at that moment. Any "investing" in something that looks valuable today is likely to be "uggh" tomorrow.
