Ra prequest glitched

Doing RA prequest. After stepping into the portal to the cutscene where you're suppose to fall in, the cutscene plays out to the part where it diverts from your screen to the farther end of the screen, and just stays there. All you see is the little lamp fading and appearing cyclically. Can't get out of it. Tried relogging and all.
