Just kidding. It's a very nice drawing, though I wish I could see her outline more clearly. I feel like I'm looking at a bright light imposed on top of a brighter background.

but the eyes are perf

The shading on the chin is lacking, making it look like one big neck-face.
Next time, I'd consider different-toning the face and shading a bit around it for emphasis on the upper body as a whole.

This is just beyond cute

The way you draw her makes her looks like one of my classmates, except Mercedes has blond hair.

The yellow eyelashes and eyebrows look out of place, but everything else is good.
