Before legend, arans needed around 20k ish range, so post legend, i'd say you need around 26k ish range. @EvilAnnieXD: you will have to make a big use of the fact that aran's multiple hitting attacks and 100 combo buffs.
Maybe before the patch. But after the patch with snow charge being added to our dmg range, i highly doubt you can solo in time without any aid of an apple.

I think you could depending on how many wep cancels he casts, but i would recommend getting some apples or energizers
