Question about occult cubes
I know it functions like a normal cube except that it lowers the tier of an item. Does this mean that if I cubed my lvl140 equip and it lowers the tier, i would get only 2% stat lines or even 1%?

oh,i thought the highest occult cubes can be used on is epic, since that's what it says in its description o.o

It worked on my unique mask, and it lowered it to Epic.

Yes, if your equips was rare, it would reset the potential and even give you a chance to go up to Epic
so if my equip was rare, it would function like a normal cube?
