There is [b]NO[/b] specific build as it changes depending on your level and your character.
It is very straight forward what to put for Passive and Active. For Support this depends, of course for example + 1 attack on a main skill is a must for example
What I did was:
[b]S:[/b] Hyper Intelligence, Hyper Luck, Hyper Critical, Hyper Health, Hyper Mana, Hyper Magic Defense
[b]P:[/b] Reflection - Range Up, Reflection - Spread, Reflection - Reinforce, Ender - Extra Target, Ender - Reinforce
[b]A:[/b] Armageddon, Heroic Memories, Equalize
@elated what hyper skills for a lumi looking to v2 add? Level 200 and does not cap
HP, MP, INT, LUK, Crit Rate, Weapon Defense (Because you'll have more magic defense has a Mage)
Reflection Spread, Reflection Range Up, Ender Range Up, Ender Target +1 (Good for bossing!), Apoc Gauge
Armageddon, Equalize, Heroic Memories
I personally felt it was unnecessary to put any points into increase damage hypers due to the fact that one can always upgrade one's equips for better damage output. These hyper skills that I chose can't really be replaced by any other means.
