Starting new Dual blade

So i used to have a DB, but the account got hacked and i even lost the email. Right now i play my NL, but it's getting boring so i want to transfer some gear over to a Db.
I have around 50-70% (some untradeable) luck, 1.5b, and a Vip claw to make a new one. So should i get empress and sell my ~50-70% Luck, or should i keep non-empress?
These are off the top of my head but what i have now is
3% top, like 10 luck
3% bot, like 15 luck
4% shoes
15% earrings
15% cape, some dex
7% pendant, like 5 luck
4% Luck belt
108? Att Vip claw enhanced once, hammered twice, 2 lined rare
9% Strong Machine Gloves (Anviled to Hero (#1 Dojo) Gloves, 12 att hammered twice
