If she's a gamer then try convincing her again and give her some time to think about it. Otherwise, there's probably no point.

I was convinced by my friend to play LoL. At first I thought it was stupid and didn't fit my game style but then a couple days later I gave into it and signed up. When I did a couple games, I sucked SO BAD (no joke). However, my friend helped me so much even gave me a better insight on it than the tutorials and eventually I got better and better and started liking it. When I played a couple games with him I started enjoying it a lot more cause he continues to support me a long the way.

If she does end up trying it, I suggest you help/support her as much as you can cause it sucks being a noob at first.

Forcing your non-gamer girlfriend to play a video game with you is a bad idea.

She's going to pretend like she's interested but on the inside she's bored and annoyed and thinks you're being immature.

Don't force her to do something if she doesn't wnat to do it... Imagine if she forced you to watch every single chick flick with her or all her drama TV shows? That'd be a living hell.

Try convincing her otherwise, but if she won't budge, just call it a day and do something else. LoL & games in general aren't the only things you can do together with your significant other, although props to you if that special someone does play games with you.

Tell her that you have a dream of being a pro LoL player and that without her support you will never ever never become what you've always dreamed to be.

If she thinks it's a waste of time she probably won't play it.
