Some MS help please
So I started the patch process and everytime I try to patch it, I keep getting an Error.
At first I thought it was because the first two errors were from the Auto-Patcher and it was Character.wz is corrupted.
I re-downloaded the the game(V101 mind you) and I attempted to reinstall it, and I kept saying "An Error Occurred During The Installation. Please try again."
What should I do?

I am the only one with access to this computer. It's not that MapleStory is blocked, it's the patcher continually gives me an error.
Even after I uninstalled the game and obtained a fresh install from old fashioned "click here to download", and the NGM download.
Maybe someone blocked it?
(My parents block MS during weekdays, but even if they didn't, I don't have much time to play.)
