@ItzzArnia: Inner ability, playing an explorer magician. You need to earn a minimum of 40% buff duration, mechanic is probably the easiest to get, you can also level empathy for 10% buff duration too. Then you only need 20~30% buff duration on inner abilities.

Never bought circulators via cs. I don't think you lower your tier just like how cubes work

i believe locking the unique tier each roll will cost 5000 points and that is before locking any lines. Go for legendary and you may save some points. Im stuck on unique
