Best and easiest thing to do is merch aka buy low sell high. It won't be hard to make a couple bil within a few days with 300m unless your not lucky and don't get any items with good prices for them
If you need mesos quick, do a gamble and turn mesos -> nx and buy suprise style boxes and hope to get perm items
If you want a serious answer, take your questions elsewhere. Like I don't know, maybe maplestory forum. We are all trolls here
