Maplestory Potential Equip Prices
Why do I see people buy equips that are epic or unique but give really useless potential status for so much money? Isn't it much cheaper just to fuse until you end up with better potential stats rather than cubing? For example, I'll see someone who sold a 3 line epic level 60 pirate overall for like 50 mil even though all it gives is defense and HP for the potential.

Recently cubes were around 50m. Some people figure 100m top + 4 or so cubes (300m) might work. There is also the chance for opportunity.

-What if I get more stats than I expected (6% LUK, 3%LUK, 3%LUK)

once its unique it cant go down? so when you cube it will always be a unique status
355...? wow that's a lot.. it usually takes me a while too but i know it's WAY less than 335

oh ok. because after seeing like 10+ of these kind of items sold, i was really starting to question the reasons behind why people buy these for such high prices
