Measuring the power of a Dark Knight
Like they do in the OBD.
I know that this depends on the power (i.e. funding) of the actual Dark Knight (the player/character, not the job) as well, so how would you factor in that?
Although most skills that slash and stuff in the game do it instantaneously instead of having a string of frames, we can measure how fast something is with its delay.

A battle dome. It has a wiki or two out there.
It's just a term that helps describe what I'm trying to find out.
