Abundant amount of sugar
Right now it seems like i'm taking in an overly abundant amount of sugar. I found out that the lemonade i take to tennis every day has a whole half cup (measure it out yourself,it's a TON) of sugar for a 34 oz bottle. Is that bad? I'm playing tennis at least 2 hrs/day while taking in .5 cup sugar. Will it damage my health much?

I forgot where I got this from but I try to limit my sugar intake <25 grams most days @___@ Whenever I drink lemonade (or any juice) and exercise I get this weird heartburn.
Find out whatever it is about the water that's makin you cramp cause I honestly don't drink anything but cool water, with the occasion silk soy milk. Maybe it's the coolness/warmth of the liquid that causes cramps. All that sugar doesn't really help the fluid movements in your body and can lead to diabetes etc.
lemonade? tennis? oh god
Anything other than water creates mucus or slows you down while you exercise.
You can have 60-90cals per hour in a sport, like a banana or gatorade for optimal performance
Your body will respond to that type of sugar by releasing insulin (fat producing state) to maintain normal glucose levels
That type of sugar is quick burning and will lead to fatigue/tiredness and more sugar cravings; stick to complex carbs, protein, and good fats for sports
Google/study sports nutrition
I guess ill be taking a combination of water and sports drink then. Thanks
Skip out on the sugar altogether and drink water or some sugar free sports drink. Stuff's pretty bad for you.
just make yo own like magisjay suggests. its the best option 4 you
You'd be amazed in how much sugar is used for pastries. I know I was when I took culinary. Half a cup isn't that bad, but do remember that minimizing it would be a better choice. You can always make your own lemonade and skip the sugar.

Whenever i drink water,i always get a cramp. Same with gatorade. Not sure why,but i don't crap up as often with lemonade.
I do eat bananas and stretch before.
