I see one for 500m and it's 3L unique. I haven't been in the market in at least 1 month but before then 9% epics were 1b. Is it a good buy? (Reselling)

Meh, if you can't afford to get a 15% or even 12%.
Yea.. with all the rare>epic scrols and rare>unique scrolls..
Prices have deflated alot.
