Skill book drops.
Well I'm in need of brandish 20's (iSlash, they still haven't changed the name) but I don't know what drops it. Basil says Crimson Guardians, Hidden street told me otherwise. Idk what drops it and I can't afford a book at the moment I'm in a deficit lol. Can someone tell me what drops brandish 20? Other than bosses. Or can they confirm that Crimson guardians drop them as basil says? Thanks in advanced.

Well for some odd reason I can't get into neo city, well the part with gold slimes. I was at those goblins in Leafre for my etc drops for my 120 mount it didnt drop.
-I checked hidden street, i just said that there is nothing that drops it, I'm guessing no one on HS knows? o.O
Crimson Guardians USED to drop them before BB.
Afterwards, I don't know.
