Throwing star mechanic question
Does throwing stars while jumping make you throw stars faster than when you are just standing and throwing?
I would assume you would throw faster by just standing and i would assume you would lose ticks from jumping and throwing but my friend says he's heard from somewhere that if you throw stars and jump you throw more stars faster.

Just tested it on a nw, it's almost the same attack speed assuming you don't mess up while jumping and you have a basic fast claw with booster.
Edit: @InQbus Your edit oddly got me motivated to figure it out.
The method works by canceling the animation of the 5th star. I had to button mash to figure it out. >.<

It is , but it's a secret on how it actually is pulled off.

In addition you're more mobile if you're jumping. You can turn around in the air before the animation stops as opposed to waiting for the animation on the ground.

For NW if you jump att, you can increase your att speed by 1.5x, only if you do it right.[/quote]
