Best place to find Wabr recipe?
Considering I enjoy the ring's effect, and have the materials handy I wouldn't mind making one if I could find the recipe. And yes, I'd rather make it, because what's the point of spending 2b on something I'm just going to use because I like the effect?
If it matters, I'm a 200 zero where the majority of bosses aren't an issue.
So where would be the best place to find said recipe?

They have a chance of dropping from the dungeon bosses in the Mirror World.
I got one from RA lol
It's an extremely rare drop from bosses though. Honestly, you're better off buying the recipe in the FM or from someone selling it.
The Temple of Time chests that appear in random locations sometimes yields the recipe.

Seriously? I don't think Hilla drops it only Zak & HT do on data bases
I camped a few ornate chests and found one
Maybe the chest in Temple of Time.
I believe it drops from Zakum and maybe some other bosses.
But the drop rate is incredibly low, like winning the lottery low.
