Depends on what level equipment, what type of armor / Weapon. If it's just normal Armor like 90-110, then like 1-3 mil for 3% and anywhere from 5-100 mil for 6% (solely depending on what item)
I don't know why but I read the PRINCE of luk%.....
There is literally no way to help you without knowing what item the %luk is on, all I can do is tell you is that it's more than %Str and less than %All Stat.
