Not feeling this nexon launcher
I recently downloaded maplestory through the launcher, which took quite some time, and have managed to run the game through the launcher a few times. when I logged into a different account and went to click play and the game starts downloading again, despite the fact I have the fully downloaded game already.
how can I get nexon laucnher to realise I have it already.

@fradddd: Never stopped using it. As far as Nexon said, it'd still work... And hopefully it does.
@megascience so the GameLauncher still works? Good to know. I was too lazy to find out on my own.
Actually i downloaded the launcher on my laptop and the download was relatively fast (like 30min-1hour) whereas like a few years ago the launcher took 6 or something hours.
Also you can log out by clicking on your name at the top right and it should work, has for me
It's weird how Nexon invested in getting MapleStory on Steam, which actually has logic to take care of this issue, but instead the Steam version is the same except a Steam DLL and they put out this launcher that does that. (Oh, and Nexon's updater conflicts with Steams because they didn't tell Steam where the current version identifier is stored. AKA whenever I updated MapleStory using the patcher, a few hours later Steam started redownloading THE ENTIRE GAME just to try patching again.)
An alternative is to go to MapleStory's folder and open GameLauncher.exe. This will let you log in ingame, which I find far more useful.
