What has happened to my account
I can't access my account - can you help me?
here are the facts:
- I copy and past my password and username from a notepad
- I Use bootcamp on my macbook.
- I was playing my account yesterday - I then rebooted into mac osx for 5 hours, after that I rebooted into windows to play maplestory. I then logged into my friends mule account for 30 minutes - my friend lives in a different country to me. After that I went to play my main and it was not working.
- when I try to log in it says that the email is not registered - that account does not exist.
- When I use my old ( back in the day) username associated with the account it says my password is incorrect.
- I copy and past my password - i have not typed it in correctly.
- I try to log in from the website, I cannot as my password and username is not recognized in the same way as mentioned before.
- I try to reset my password by entering my email address into the field that comes up when you press the '?' mark on the password field
- It says it will send the password reset link - it has not sent it yet after 8 hours.
-my email and password could not have been changed - as there is no messages from nexon support in my inbox.
-my accounts email cannot be accessed as it has an authenticator on my phone required to access it.
- all my other mule accounts can be accessed
@underpaying you seem to understand these things, would you possibly be off help?

I suggest you reformatt your computer, beacause this incident happened to me, and i lost 20b. Pretty sad, but yeah, theres a few buttbandits out there who just attache RATs just like that, so reformatt your computer and download a antivirus

OP has a Mac....
Try logging in from the site. If that doesn't work, maybe your email has expired, if you haven't used your hotmail or something in a long time, it goes away. Try to remake the email. Verify if necessary .. hope it works.

Someone read your notepad that you copy your pass from.
