What is a good world to start totally fresh on? I want a friendly, good economy, cheap endgame equips world.

Scania in my experience, it's one of the easiest to get a fresh start in.
It'd be nice to come over to Bera.
Windia/Bera would be the best fitting.
Scania would only be considered with a good economy with cheap endgame equips, and only a bit of friendly people if you run into the right people.
idk about GAZED, but it seems to be full with friendly people and a good economy.
