How much should I put into Hp?
Well, after the AP reset from hot time, I now have only 4 dex, so I decided that I would HP wash myself just enough so I can keep max str, do you know how many points I need to put in for that?

Full AP resets don't reset the AP put into MP or HP, in case you were planning on using those.
You'll have 19* leftover points if you're at 4 to DEX,LUK,INT and 999 STR, unless you've been compensated/ been online during one of the events where Nexon granted you 10 free AP. I'm personally a tad stuck between HP/DEX as well,but I think I'll be going DEX. A tad more on my range and I'll be able to equip my gear more easily.
