Am I able to switch cash items between characters?
I am about to buy some of the permanent nx items on my DW, will I be able to put that onto my UA when I make it?

No. KoC and Adventurers have different CS inventories.
If your DW is a high level and you are about to make the UE, just wait until it is created.
Otherwise, buy the Permanent Nx equips on a different explorer since UEs and Explorers share the save CS

Cygnus Knights have their own CS inventory and don't share with other Cygnus Knights even on the same acc in the same world. The other part is correct though. :}
no, only explorere share CS with UA, DW has own CS
