Does weapon attack potential stack?
So my spear has, +10 weapon attack, + 10 weapon attack, 8% crit. Do the weapon attack bonuses stack? Some people are saying it they're the same then they don't stack. ie: 10 + 10 would not stack but 10 + 5 would
