It does hurt actually. Compared to the rest of DIPQ, Blackheart's time to exp ratio is extremely poor. If you can't beat the boss within 60 seconds, or are seriously training,you shouldn't even bother.

i threw my invinci potion recipe. Kinda feel bad now
High quality dimension glove, random Helisium equips (the orange ones which are decent. I've gotten shoes from them hahaha), recipe potion (exp accumulation sells for 100m in windia), and Hilla Dignity medal. Doesn't hurt to get a little more exp per run
What? Why not? U get more exp plus a piece of high quality dimensional glove u can scroll and keep or sell for small cash.. and all it will cost u is a couple seconds to kill the boss. I dont why one would skip it even while training....
..well unless ofcourse u couldnt solo it or something.
If you can, it's up to you. If you're training, I would skip it and go straight to your next run. I personally kill it since I only use DIPQ to farm items.
