well i'd say it probably isn't worth anything looking at what your wearing, but if i had to say, zero gets some % eqps to start with so it's decent, also has a way to reset the potential of wep without having to fork out alot
most of the jobs are specialised in areas, personally i recommend phant, it might be abit biased since i main it the most but it doesnt require too much funding to do decent dmg and it is also easy to train as you can switch in something like hs so that u can get leeched by the better people

You missed Zero by about a week, the end-all strongest class for unfunded and even some moderately funded players. Period.
Archer equipment is still the cheapest, but the bows are among the more pricey weapons because of Wind Archer. Thief equipment is still expensive as always, everybody else in in between.
Empress equipment is practically dirt cheap now, a full set without the shoulder and cape is below 100m, maybe 50m in some rare cases.
As for classes, Demon Slayer/Avenger are good places to start. Both are tanky and deal high amounts of damage, don't use any potions, don't have mana (DA definitely doesn't until the higher levels, DS might have to wait until 60 before being completely potion free).
What else is easy to fund? Basically Ive had to start over from when I played a while ago. And I dont know where any of the classes or cost of items stand =/
The hip new class to play currently is Jett yo.

imho zero is best fun and damage wise with no funds
i personally prefer phantom because well, i just enjoy them
