Rbb Falcon Wing Set 3 All skills?
Basically whats happening to me is the Falcon Wing set, from which I have all equips minus the crossbow gives +2 all skill levels, but when I equip my Reverse Black Beauty which gives Piercing Arrow +1, it seems to apply that bonus to all my skills. Can anyone explain this?

30 SE and 29 SE have same critical

Are you sure this glitch is server sided or is it only apearing to you?
Do you notice any damage diffrence or something?
@KazeNoSeikon Yeah it's totally strange and I cant decide if I should leave my Skills at for example, 28 or 27, because if it gets 'fixed' I'll have skills such as Ultimate Strafe at level 9.
Seem weird but i must say lucky now get Decent Co n have +4 <3
