well after some research..i think this is a small chunk of what might be Taipei 101,a similar tower like Kerning Square,but the required Level is about 80+ anyways,if memory serves me right,KMS retired the World Tour System (Aw,bye bye PAC if the changes happens to GMS) and but added this area,but some bosses were like duped,such as the snack cart,and centipide. idk i could be wrong.
