Yeah,I'll likely use 2 of them, unless they're too loud
The arrangement is fine, though I feel the bottom mounted intake is not necessary. I'd still vouch to use the stock fans in the front just to save money and because no one is going to see them anyways.
Yes, it's good, unless your computer sits directly on the ground without a gap under it to let your PSU fan have some air.
