Quick Question about Corsair Psu

So I'm buying the fully modular Corsair AX 750 80 Plus Gold Cert PSU because it's on sale for 125 bucks at a retailer near my house (Not a bad deal I'd say since Newegg has it for 160 right now) My question was about Corsair's individually sleeved cable kits. There are 2 kits on the website, one that is $80 and one that is $35, the one that is 80 only lists AX 860/760 and the 35 dollar one lists the AX 850/750/650, so I assume I am going to want to buy the 35 dollar kit, but I wondered why the kit for the 850/750/650 was so much cheaper?

The numbers of cables also play a role as well.
$79.99 set vs $34.99 set
Four 6+2 Pin PCIe + Two 6+2 "pigtail" PCIe vs. Two
One 850mm SATA cable + Three 750mm SATA cable vs Two
Four Peripheral cables vs Two.
Two ESP12v/ATX12v CPU connectors vs One

The $39.99 model does included the 24-pin, while the $79.99 does not (I guess the pinout of the Flextronic build AXi is different then the Seasonic build AX760/860).

Edit: If you feel that numbers of cables doesn't justify the higher cost, then it may be this as well. The current connector / pinout for the modular interface is currently Type 3, and all newer PSUs that is going to be release unit further notice will be base on this type. Since there is going to be more demand for these types of connectors where up to ~14 new supports it (I believe the CX750M does too) as well as the AX650/750/850 may be phasing out (they are based on the old Seasonic X platform), that could be one of the reason why it is more expensive.

Your logic makes absolutely 0 sense considering the full 80 dollar kit supports PSU's with less power as well. Please only post in threads you can leave informative, well thought out, and backed statements. Thanks.

OT: I guess it's just because it's only for the AX series PSUs?
