My Windarcher is abnormally weak?
I just started playing my wind archer again post red, it's been 120 and I realized it's weaker than before.
My range is 4k-6k unbuffed at 120, with very little %dex. I'm also full dex.
Am I supposed to be this weak or do I need more gear?

Wa is, contrary to popular belief, a weak class.
1.2m range (1.2k att with almost 12k dex) with 325% boss gets you only as far as to finishing dojo in 9mins n hitting ~ 15m a line, which is very weak compared to classes such as xenon, db, drk etc
It is however a very fun class, nice sting and huge potential for avoiding boss moves,

Wind Archers are very weak without their hypers. Their clean ranges are also one of the lowest in the game.
Did you play your wind archer before it was revamped?
Wind archers gain a lot of range from their buffs.
You could always use more dex. Get 6% tempest, 4-6% dex senior gear,etc.
get tempest % dex.
