healthy breakfast

I am trying to eat a healthy breakfast and I started eating kellogg's all bran cereal with high fiber.
when you eat it with 0% skimmed milk, it literally taste like cardboard LOL
I want to somewhat enjoy some tastes while eating healthy.
I was wondering if adding kellogs frosted flake cereal on to it will do anything bad?
They both have 0% fat and only downside with frosted flake is that it has high on sugar.
I don't know... is frosted flake cereal that bad?

@liquidhelium: It's true enough that it doesn't have many calories, the reason is, I don't do much. If you're gonna practice any sports or have a lot of activities then you'd need a lot more energy. I don't do any heavy physical labor and I don't walk nearly as much now that I'm in a summer break so I have to balance it out somehow.

I like Weetabix & Milk A LOT.

^ that is what they look like if you're interested as I'm not sure if they are available in your country as I'm British.
You'll only need 2 and you can cut up fruit and put it with them also! It takes lovely hot or cold! You could have them with just milk like I do if you prefer (if you do I would advice a slight sprinkle of sugar on top)

- Couple slices of fruit
- Toasted plain bread
- Oatmeal with walnuts, pecans and fat free milk
- 4-6 egg whites
That's my breakfast when I have time to make breakfast

I have sliced fruit and fruit infused water (without sugar) for breakfast. It may sound weird but it's pretty good.

Eat Protein in the morning, and do hard workouts during the day, eating healthier will lost you weight, but if you're in a hurry this is what I recommend.
oh, and eggs and Special K do the job.

Skip breakfast. Now you don't need to worry about what to eat AND you can lose weight.

Whole wheat bread, dairy, eggs, fruit, yogurt, white meat, and nuts are all filling. You can always freeze fruits and vegetables and blend them into smoothies for breakfast, but you should also eat some solids during the day or your bowels will not be happy.

You could always try adding in sliced bananas or strawberries.

Kashi is a pretty good healthy choice though. The key as another commenter said however, is in how you're portioning your meals. Optimally your breakfast will be the biggest meal of the day, whereas your dinner will be the smallest portion. With lunch in the middle. Usually an early dinner 5-6PM, with minimal snacking and definitely no late night snacking.

Plenty of healthy choices for breakfast. Some whole wheat bread, oatmeal (not the sugary flavored ones), high fiber cereal, low fat dairy, fruit, eggs (moderation, eggs have high cholesterol), chicken or turkey, nuts, nut butter, and avocados. You can make different combinations of those for a morning meal:

-whole wheat English muffin with one tablespoon almond butter, sliced bananas and skim milk
-rasberry & cottage cheese parfait with whole grain toast

Plenty of possibilities. Just pick what you like and have a nice meal. Also as for healthy cereal I would say special K or Whole grain cheerios are tasty. You could go for all natural/organic cereal as well, but I can't guarantee how those will taste lol.

@above: But only eat one egg. More than one egg is detrimental to your cholesterol level.
To the OP, just eat yogurt and a handful of nuts (walnuts are very good for you)

Special K is supposed to taste yummy and is meant for weight loss. Not Kellogs. But Kashi is sooo good and so much protein.

If you're serious about losing weight, the only things you're going to have for breakfast are water and fruit.
