30% PDR vs 30/21% LUK
So I have frozen gear on reboot and frozen set effect for 5 gives 30% pdr/30 atk and 8 stats.
I have level 150 Wings of fate that is unique and can potentially get it to 21% luk or 30% (legendary).
I was wondering if I can get it up to 21% luk, is it better than 30% pdr and 30 atk?
PDR is really amazing but at the same time 21% luk is amazing as well lol
