Why was Power Reflection removed? and power stance nerf

I was checking the December patch notes and i noticed power reflection got removed and power stance got nerfed.
Was it because it was too overpowered or did they add another skill to compensate for it?

I too didn't realize that warriors get some stance early on, so when I saw how low the fourth job stance was, I was like omfgwtfbbq.
Power Reflection is applied to Rage, like what everyone else says,
Stance is 40% after 1st job, and 100% after maxing power stance in 4th Job
They moved the effects of Power Reflection onto Rage.
As for Stance, they altered it for warriors. Not only is Stance passive now, but we get a partial version of it early on (I think in 1st job). The 4th job skill simply finalizes the effect, making it 100% at the end.
