Well, I've embrassed myself enough on basil for one day. Time for bed. But yes, canes are 1H like the rest of the posts said. You can always google it rather than making a thread, and waiting for replies. You can probably find another past post on the question you are asking too.
Well, after careful observations, I clearly see that my phantom is using one hand to hold his cane. Soooooo, I am more or less, definitely, not rejecting the idea that the cane is in fact a one-handed weapon. Trust me, I'm a doctor.

A gun is held with one hand as well, but that's a two-handed weapon.
And same with claws.
And to answer your question, canes are indeed one-handed.
