Can you get Hp Sp points back?

Before Nexon decided to make it that AP can go above 999 I put my extra points into HP. I remember before that you could not get your point in HP or MP back once you put them there. Can you get them back from there now? Also from 1-200 how many AP points should I have?

Yes, you will get your HP points back, but beware that this is very expensive if you have a lot of points on HP as each AP reset costs about 3k NX cash.
I would've agreed with you but having more HP does affect Dark Knight's Gungnir's Descent's damage. At level 30, the damage is 312% + 110% of Max HP. So while you are correct in adding into HP being discouraged because of most endgame bosses doing %HP attacks, it's not ENTIRELY useless. Therefore, although the little amount of HP that you get from adding AP there doesn't help much, it still "means jack."
the amount of damage you get on gungnir from having high HP is awful, you'd get more from putting a point in str really, so it's worse than useless, it's detrimental.

You should be able to take some points out of your MP pool when you reset. If you haven't ever you should probably be able to take all the points from MP.
Total of 4+1014. I added all my AP to DEX (before the change) when I went beyond 200+ ._. kind of a waste.. of putting into HP when most bosses do %HP damage anyways.
I don't think you'll be able to get it back now.
Not really when Dark Knights scale off of Total HP...
