yo @jaththeGod, it happened to me, too. only thing you can do is send them a ticket. they got back to me pretty fast. I know it doesn't mean much, seeing as it's Nexon, but the sooner you send the ticket the sooner they'll get to you. just tell them what happened the best you can and if at all possible, also try to speak with Maple's GM chat. Sometimes they'll just defer you to another ticket but sometimes they'll jump right on the problem and get u back to where you need to be within minutes. Just try your luck.

Nexon has been sucking for years now...at this point it's your negligence for not taking into account the risks involved with putting money into the game even after that very risk of getting shafted is readily apparent.
