GMs do exist
I was recently permanently banned for nothing, so I submitted a ticket explaining my situation and how I hadn't even played in about 3 patches.
And to my surprise, I got unbanned

Congrats on being unbanned. I was going to say they found something you did in the past that they felt was ban worthy, but you got unbanned with no fuss. Although I hear the "I got unbanned then re-banned the next day" syndrome is going around. I'd look out for that.

I asked for a compensation due to items lost during the rollback in Scania a few months back. Still no reply whatsoever.
