Bera prices for belts chair

Hello guys another Price CHeck sorry, but I am getting better at getting prices!
anyway this is for bera i got these items from mirror unfortunately require pSoK (belts), i need to do some surveys for them but which one would net me most?

-Elite Helsium Pirate Belt (Superior- is in green text)

-Amaterasu Belt (WARRIOR 150)

-Half Heart Chocolate Chair ( I already put it up for auction but wondering what the average price I can expect to get, I am getting Pms with auto winning , etc)
