Vip Hair Coupon?
I recently went through hair salons in Victoria Island and I found a hairstyle I didn't see before that I want. Is there a way to get another Hair Coupon from Tot's or anywhere else? I already did Tot's quest for Changing Hair and Face and I let the coupon expire so I could complete the quest. Or should I just do surveys?

Surveys, or ask someone to gift you, and you'll probably have to pay them.
Having NX would be your only option now. You could try doing the Tot thing again, but 200k says it won't work
