How are boss loots divided for Cra and Magnus?
I heard that when one party member picks up an item, everyone else in that party gets the item. Is this true? Is this for all bosses?

Coins for the shoulders and abs are shared and at the end, at the head, two coins are dropped.
For the head: One contains multiple coins and one contains only 1 coin. Upon looting it, every party member receives 2 coins and the person to physically did the looting will receive the multiple coins.
Example: Say one of the green coins contains 1 and the other contains 25 coins. There are 6 party members in the map. The party leader loots the two green coins. Party leader will receive 26 coins and every single member of the party will receive 2 coins.

For CRA only the COINS are shared simultaneously, meaning when someone picks it up everyone gets it.
The CRA drops (Eagle Eye Chicken tops, Trixter clown pants, royal queen hats, Fafnirs) are instanced.
This means that everyone gets their own instance of drops.
Person A might be able to see a Unique Bowman hat. Persons B C D E and F will not be able to. No one else except person A can see and loot said hat.
With Magnus, the coins are instanced.
No one else will be able to see and loot your coins, but everyone gets them.
Soul shards are also instanced for most bosses, I think.
The capes, however, are a free-for-all grab fest.
I believe the drops are instanced, meaning that everyone gets their own. Except for coins.
