How does everyone get Zakum Heltmet? I'm a level 54 and Zakum Helmets are lvl 50. How do you get them?

Is crafting Half Earrings and Belts still worth it? I use to craft earrings and get potential ones real easy. Now its harder to craft them. I when I get potential I sometimes get Magic Def :( I got a two line 6% Magic Def=12% Magic Def Then I got a 4% Magic Def belt. Did nexon change the system? Should I still craft them?
