@ImKafei that's because they did it overnight while facedesking lol just looking at the patch notes alone RED revamp sucks XDDD but we knew things are missing.
The patch notes are just crappy tbh
Also AR's changes hasn't been updated. And our hyper for AR o.o

Nexon usually does this, it also happened with Dawnveil, they forgot to mention most revamped skills for most classes, so don't worry, we're getting the revamp as a whole.
Yeah I haven't read the skill changes/ class revamps in the update notes for a while now because they usually end up being different to what's actually in-game.
Update notes are for the events and new content
Just wait until we can get in the game.
I wouldn't worry to much until the game is actually up. The revamp section of the notes looks like it's missing a lot of stuff.
all the Mage's 4th Job Main attacks are missing as revamped as well...
