Root abyss warrior lucky item scroll
Does the item scroll for zero that turns lapis/lazuli into the fafnir set have a 100% success rate? It doesn't indicate on the item and I know that many of the other set scrolls have only a 50% chance rate.

50%. so if it's expensive in your world, invest in a guardian.
