Definitely Corsairs (or even worse, Jett). They don't have any party skills. Their DPS isn't anything spectacular and is heavily affected by RNG thanks to Dice and Ahoy Mateys. Brain Scrambler, your main single target attack, is slow and only hits 5 times. Rapid Fire is a lot weaker than Brain Scrambler unless you have an insane amount of funds. Battleship is terrible for mobbing. Eight-Legs Easton is really slow. Corsairs have a lot of skills that overlap in utility and don't have much synergy either. Their durability is terrible early on but it's not so bad once you get the level 150 Hyper. If you want a dex-based Explorer, you're much better off making an Archer.
Bowmen, I DO NOT CARE. Bowmen are the most annoying class for me to play, either that or Corsairs because of Jetts, they require ammo to be useful, they don't have "Perseverance", lastly I don't know if it's just me, but I think their attacks are so repetitive.
Corsairs are kind of disappointing. They don't have enough diversity, I think. They're pretty much Night Lords that can only use Lucky Seven. Most other Explorers are fine to me.
As someone who's played Corsair, I have to say that the point's gotta go to them. Their survivability is just unbelievably poor and they don't really have anything that makes up for it. Cruddy 1st, 2nd and 3rd jobs, boring Battleship Bomber spam which gives you no control over what you're doing, "long ranged" attacks like Eight Legs Easton, and their unbelievably bad rush skill... just everything about them makes me wish I was playing a Marksman.
OT: Probably one of the pirates, it feels like they were really neglected by Nexon. I think corsairs. They could use some serious revamp. They were at their peak IMO when they had that ship skill 2 years ago.

@LilacSniper: Umm, sorry I just don't like bowmen that much or any physical, attack ammo required character except NL

Warriors: mihiles if those count otherwise if not heroes (sadly )..
Mages: i/ls (again, sadly..)
Bowmen: both are useful though the tradeoff is the non existing 3rd explorer class
Thieves: shadowers (dual blades ..)
Pirates: Jetts (sairs..)

Corsair definitely.
@VietUA: I do hope you realize I was joking.
Corsair, Nexon hates Pirates
not that these classes aren't fun, but probably i/l mage and hero
I agree with this. Stackable 30 w/m.attack party buffs and debuffing bosses is useless.
@vBlaze: I hope someone shoots an arrow in your face.
F/P, Bowmaster, Marksmen, Paladin, Dark Knight, Night lord.
Obviously Jetts because, let's face it, even though they're the most OP, they have no relevance in Maple.
