@JETT4h1re: Store permits are the best way to start off. You'll save tons rather than spending it on mushies. I suggest you leave your shop open when you're asleep or busy. Usually, a shop has around 16 slots and with 16 slots, max it up if you're planning to earn some profits. If you got nothing to sell, then buy bathrobes for men, groomsman suit from Amoria, or Sky wooden chairs! Those are the best to resell and help yourself start off Why am I telling you this? Because time is money

@Jedi Should I get a store permit? It's taking a lot of time and since I just started in Scania I want to be leveling and doing stuff but trying to sell in the fm entrance is proving to be difficult and time consuming. Thank you for all the prices as well

Orange Cat Beanie 500~700m This item is pretty high in demand atm since it is one of the new NX, but will continue to drop because of how long it will be in premium box.
