My friend can make them but he needs a hyper tele rock to get to John
Damn guess if i want cilbies i'll just have to buy them then
If you can find someone that still has the itcg materials and you can teleport to him, then you should be able to make them. Odds of that are low though. The trading card game wasn't all that popular in North Amercia aside from using the codes for maple lol.
I don't think you can anymore. You had to get the required crafting items from an ITCG a long time ago.
